I’m Sarah, the photographer behind the lens.

Hi there! I love people, photography, and coffee.

I work as a data analyst in the fashion industry by day, and an MBA student by night. I’m a city gal that loves exploring cute neighborhoods, trying new fitness classes, and being around friends.

NYC is my home base.

I grew up in Troy, Michigan, and lived in East Lansing as a Michigan State University student (go green!).

I moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2022 to pursue a career in data analytics. I started my MBA at NYU Stern School of Business in 2025, and moved to New York City shortly after.

While the Great Lakes will always be called home, my heart lives with my community along the East Coast.

I started with an iPod Touch.

I’ve come a long way since then, upgrading to my first DSLR camera in 2007.

I began capturing classmate’s senior portraits in high school, then grad photos in college. By 2021, I captured 52 college grads just in that year.

At the start of the pandemic, I began second shooting small backyard weddings, and later on, big ceremonies as the primary photographer.

I fell in love the energy from grad photoshoots, weddings, and many more of life’s special moments.
